Delivery
In mainland France:
- In-Store Pickup (2 days): Free
- Chronopost Relay (3–5 days): €3.90
- Colissimo with signature (2–3 days): €5.90
In Europe, shipping is free for orders over €200 to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and Spain via Colissimo or Chronopost Relay. For other countries, see rates and terms.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it doesn’t suit you.
Items must be new, unworn, and still have their tags attached. Please include the packing slip in the package.
Return shipping costs:
- Free shipping at the Benoa store and from France if the initial order exceeds €100 (prepaid shipping label included).
- Shipping costs are your responsibility: for orders under €100 and for international orders.
You can also exchange or return your items for free at one of our stores.
