Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return an item if you are not satisfied with it.
- If your order was delivered to mainland France and the total amount exceeds €100, a prepaid return label is included in your package.
- Outside of France, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You can also exchange or return your items for free at any of our stores.
