Delivery
In mainland France:
- In-Store Pickup (2 days): Free
- Chronopost Relais (3–5 days): €3.90
- Colissimo with signature (2–3 days): €5.90
In Europe, shipping is free for orders over €200 to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden via Colissimo or Chronopost Relais. For other countries, see rates and terms.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it doesn’t suit you.
Items must be new, unworn, and still have their tags attached. Please include the packing slip in the package.
Return shipping costs:
- Free shipping at Benoa stores and from France if the original order totaled more than €100 (prepaid shipping label included).
- Shipping costs are your responsibility: for orders under €100 and for international orders.
You can also exchange or return your items for free at one of our stores.
