Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it does not suit you.
Items must be new, unworn, and still have their tags attached. Please include the packing slip in the package.

Return shipping costs:

• Free shipping at Benoa stores and from France if the original order totaled more than €100 (prepaid shipping label included).
• Shipping costs are your responsibility: for orders under €100 and for international orders.
