Every order is carefully prepared before shipping.
It is then shipped within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
This deadline may be extended on an exceptional basis when new collections are launched or during certain sales periods.
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to our carrier, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping information.

Returns & Refunds
We place a high priority on your satisfaction and do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
For all orders shipped to mainland France totaling more than €100, a prepaid return label is included directly in your package, allowing you to return your item with complete peace of mind. For orders shipped outside of France, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your return, each item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our standards. The refund will then be processed within 10 business days after approval.
Items must be returned in their original condition: new, complete, unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags attached.
The refund is processed via the payment method used when you placed your order, and a confirmation is sent to you by email.
If payment was made using a store credit, it will be recredited and will remain valid for 6 months on benoashop.com.
If a discount code was applied during your purchase, its value will be automatically deducted from the refund on a pro-rata basis.
If your item has a quality-related defect, we are committed to providing you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
