Refund Policy

Once the item has been received, inspected, and accepted by our team, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the payment method used for the order. You will be notified by email. 

If an order was placed using a store credit, the returned items will not be eligible for a refund. The store credit will then be issued and will be valid for 6 months on benoashop.com. To use this store credit in-store, please contact us via ourcontact form

When an order is placed using a discount coupon, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the refund amount in proportion to the number of items ordered.

If your item appears to be defective upon receipt, please contact us via ourcontact form so we can find a solution:

• Repair at our expense
• Part replacement (subject to availability)
• Refund
• Credit
