In mainland France:
- Store Pickup (2 days): Free
- Chronopost Relais (3–5 days): €3.90
- Colissimo with signature (2–3 days): €5.90
In Europe, shipping is free on orders of €200 or more to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and Spain via Colissimo or Chronopost Relais. For other countries, please see our shipping rates and terms.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it does not suit you.
Items must be new, unworn, and still have their tags attached. Please include the packing slip in the package.
Return shipping costs:
- Free in Benoa stores and from France if the original order totaled more than €100 (prepaid shipping label included).
- Shipping costs apply to orders under €100 and to international orders.
You can also exchange or return your items free of charge at any of our stores.
