Returns and exchanges

From the receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return an item if it does not suit you.
Items must be new, unworn, with tags. Please include the delivery note in the package.

Return shipping costs:

• Free in Benoa stores and from France if the initial order exceeded €100 (prepaid label included).
• At your expense: for orders under €100 and for international orders.
